Arkansas Truck Lane Restrictions

Arkansas keeps vehicles with more than two axles out of the far-left lane on its designated six-lane interstates (A.C.A. 27-65-107). It applies where the signs are posted, on the wider stretches of I-40, I-30, and I-49. The fine runs up to $100. On top of that, state law keeps every vehicle out of the left lane except to pass.
