Arizona Truck Lane Restrictions

Arizona can push heavy trucks into specific lanes, but only where it's signed. If your declared gross weight tops 26,000 pounds, you have to use the lane ADOT or a local authority marks for you (A.R.S. 28-736). No signs, no restriction. The general keep-right rule still applies statewide. A violation is a civil traffic ticket, running a few hundred dollars once court surcharges are added.
