Run metal studs October 16 to April 30; New York bars them May 1 to October 15 (VAT §375(35-a)). Studs can be 3/8 inch max in diameter and project no more than 3/32 inch beyond the tread. - Season: October 16 to April 30 (metal studs barred May 1 to October 15 — VAT §375(35-a))
