Alabama fines climb with each strike: $200 first, $250 second, $300 third plus a 90-day suspension. Move over a lane for police, emergency vehicles, wreckers, utility trucks, road crews, and garbage trucks, or on a two-lane road move as far over in your lane as you can and slow to 15 mph under the limit.
