• Find the current order: No seasonal load-restriction page at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) because Florida has no frost program. Obey posted bridge and local-road weight-limit signs, which run year-round, and route heavy or oversize loads through the FDOT permit office.
• Overweight penalty: No seasonal-overweight fine, because there's no seasonal limit. Running over a posted or legal limit is 5 cents per pound on the difference (Fla. Stat. § 316.545).
