Love's Expands San Antonio with Second Stop, Whataburger Coming

Key Details Love's Travel Stops opened its second San Antonio location on April 16 at 9530 Southton Road off I-410 Exit 412. The new 14,954-square-foot facility includes 70 truck parking spaces, laundry facilities, seven showers, a CAT Scale, and a dog park. Love's has added 534 parking spaces so far this year and plans to open 20 additional stores with 1,500 combined parking spaces by 2026. What's Coming Whataburger will open at the location on May 4, marking the first Whataburger inside a Love's facility in San Antonio. The travel stop also reserves space for electric vehicle chargers for future partnerships with local utility companies. Local Impact The store is Love's 83rd location in Texas and is expected to create 50 jobs. Love's donated $5,000 each to East Central High School Band and Christus Children's Hospital to support the community.
