IMC Logistics Appoints David Rodrigues as New CFO
Key Details IMC Logistics has named David Rodrigues as its new chief financial officer, effective March 26. Rodrigues replaces Ted Showalter, who retired after 12 years with the Tennessee-based landside logistics provider. Most recently, Rodrigues served as vice president of finance for Quick Group since 2021. Responsibilities In his new role, Rodrigues will oversee financial strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. He will work with executive leadership to strengthen financial controls, support data-driven decisions, and identify cost optimization opportunities. CEO Joel Henry praised Rodrigues' expertise in financial strategy development and process improvement. About the Company IMC Logistics ranks No. 53 on Transport Topics' Top 100 list of largest for-hire carriers in North America and No. 5 in the intermodal/drayage sector. Rodrigues will relocate from New Jersey to Collierville, Tennessee with his family to take on this position.
