IMDL rates are now available across all RateView subscription tiers at no additional cost, built from over $150 billion in annual freight transactions. WHY IT MATTERS Brokers previously faced a workflow problem: pulling TL rates from RateView, then hunting elsewhere for intermodal data, then reconciling two different systems with different methodologies and geographies. BETTER GRANULARITY DAT iQ calculates intermodal benchmarks at the 3-digit ZIP code level, far more precise than legacy sources that aggregated at the KMA level. Every IMDL rate includes full transparency: average rate, rate range, report count, contributor count, and standard deviation - no black-box models. WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENTS The Multi-Lane Rate tool now supports intermodal for batch RFP analysis. API and Snowflake integrations went live in December 2025, letting you pull IMDL rates into existing TMS systems without disrupting current workflows.
