CEVA Logistics Completes Fagioli Heavy-Haul Acquisition, Expands Global Reach

The deal brings approximately 450 employees into CEVA's global network and strengthens operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America, with a major U.S. hub in Houston, Texas.
