The company continues aggressive European expansion, having entered the market in 2025 through the Airworld acquisition and now operating ground handling across the UK, Italy, and Germany. Industry Shifts In related personnel news, cargo handler Alliance Ground International changed ownership. London-based Lone Star Funds acquired the Miami-headquartered company from Audax Group and Greenbrier Equity Group. AGI operates at 60+ North American airports and employs over 12,000 people.
